10/10. Hands down the absolute best place for a facial in NYC! I have been getting bimonthly / monthly facials for the past 5 years at another top NYC spa, and after having been recommended to Vicki Morav multiple times by a highly regarded professional and person friend in the beauty industry, I finally decided to give it a try and I cannot recommend enough! The facility, products, and services are all elite and well worth the price tag. I now see Natasha and after two facials, I can say my skin looks better now, than it ever has before (and I’ve tried all types of fancy facials, microcurrents, lasers, injections, expensive tools and products, etc). I highly highly recommend the microneedling! I have very sensitive and reactive skin and I’m on day 2 and my skin has improved drastically!

Incredible customer service, fast shipping and prompt, friendly responses with product inquiries. I live in the Midwest, so I have never been able to visit the spa in person, but I have always felt like a valued customer. The one & only time I had an issue with a product (faulty packaging, no fault of theirs.) it was taken care of immediately. Could not ask for better customer service!

I usually order somewhere else…this time I tried Vicki Morav! I ordered 8.4oz p50v 1970 and 8.4oz Lait VIP O2. When I received my order it was 1.7oz p50 1970 and samples! I was livid and sent an email… and not even an hour later I got a response! Mistakes happen and someone got my order and I got theirs! Hopefully, they do the right thing because their order was way different than mine! They apologized and let me keep the order I received, and promptly sent my actual order out to me! To me everything was all good…and they redeemed themselves! However, I received my order today…and they more than made up for it with samples, and my correct order…and it came so quickly! I will never buy from anywhere else this place is awesome! This is how you admit the mistake and gain loyal customers! I would give ten stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🫶🏼

If you are in NYC and need a facial, Vicki Morav Skincare is the best! I recently got a gift certificate from one of my friends, and she had gotten me a facial with Vicki Morav specifically. I felt so privileged and special because I have never ever had a facial like that before, and I don’t even think anyone is a match to her - and Trust me, I’ve had many facials in the upper east side, and they’re all over priced and lack imagination. Her approach to clean the skin is old school, but I am alll for it. Loved my treatment and I am definitely a repeat client.
